Our company was appointed by Communicare NPC for this affordable housing project, which is located in Diep River Cape Town. The brief was to develop 138 affordable residential units within an existing development with 370 existing units which form part of the portfolio of Communicare. The project was completed in November 2019 and is currently occupied and is in use. For the building application a parking departure to achieve 0.75 parking ratios was lodged with the City of Cape Town and successfully achieved. We are proud of this latest achievement, to successfully complete this affordable housing project within the efficiencies required and the budget constraints applicable in Affordable Housing projects.
